DECONSTRUCTION
'DECONSTRUCTION' interrogates the architecture of grief, unraveling it through the tearing of tight, fragile layers that signify its shifting emotional strata. Drawing on Butoh, a silent Eastern practice that engages with decay, transformation, and the body as vessel, the work considers grief not as a linear process but as a cyclical, corporeal experience. The act of ripping becomes both metaphor and materialization—an exploration of impermanence, rupture, and the tension between containment and release.
